• Ways & Means – Ginger Michel presented the progress. The major task of this committee at present is to identify options of collecting annual dues in relationship to expenses. The committee will be studying the various options and hopes to vote in June on how to proceed in 2026. The June meeting will be at the Park at Flat Rock.

• Website Discussion -- Web designer Sally Gregg was absent due to illness. Anne L. encouraged members to check out the new website. Sally has invited any questions or guidance to be directed to her.

• Bylaws – Advisor Sallie Carr referenced that proposed changes to the by-laws were sent out earlier for members to read and consider. A motion to approve all amendments was made by Margaret S and seconded by Anne L. At least 3 additional votes were needed to conclude approval of the amendment changes as there were not enough members present to achieve the required voting threshold. Members who were not present would be advised of the changes for an opportunity to vote via email or other means in the weeks following the meeting to gather enough votes to meet the percentage of votes required in the by-laws to amend the by-laws.
